Nivin Pauly played the role of an ardent Sachin fan in the movie 1983, but he never expected to be selected as the Youth Ambassador of Sachin's Kerala Blasters team. The 'Premam' actor's association with the Indian league football team was announced at a function held at Kochi on September 7th.

Nivin, super excited about his new role, said that he is thankful to be standing next to the Master Blaster. The actor's fanboy moment was witnessed by superstar Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna. Everyone was seen wearing the team's Jersey and a white dhoti in typical Kerala style.
